Such as but not limited to: Septic Tank Replacement, Complete Septic System installation, drain field repair, drain field installation, Septic Tank Riser Installation, Septic tank locating, system inspections, and septic tank pumping. 

 

Service Areas: Include Cabarrus and Surrounding counties. 

 

Permitting: MOST septic work will require a permit *Construction Authorization* from the residence County Environmental Health Department. 

 

PLEASE use the base pricing chart below to assist with budgeting. Remember, the chart is only a minimum base cost of service. With every service being unique to every client and site. Some services will be base cost, some will be greater or less depending on circumstances.

 

Services that do NOT require a Health Department Permit: D-Box replacing, Tank Pumping, System Inspections, system locates, and Tank riser installation.

All prices listed are a base representation only. Individual services can vary in cost. 

Septic pumping cost will increase $100 for locations outside Cabarrus County and $150 if tank is larger than 1,000 gallons. 

Most homes that are 3 or less bedroom will have a 1,000 gallon tank. 4 or more bedroom will typically have a 1,250 or 1,500 gallon septic tank.
